SCIENTIFIC PROGAMME – FULL PAPER INSTRUCTIONS

The Scientific Programme Committee under the leadership of Dr Kevin Pietersen reviewed nearly 200 abstracts and have made their final selection. Because the number of abstract submissions was almost double the number of oral presentation slots available, a decision was made that each presenter or main author was only assigned a single presentation. Thereafter each abstract was reviewed by two reviewers and their average score was used to select the top 81 submissions.

Confirmation of acceptance of abstracts were sent to all the authors on 22 May 2017. Abstracts were accepted for either an oral or poster presentation and will be included in the official programme of the conference subject to the submission of a full paper in accordance to the guidelines e.g. formatting, grammar, spelling etc. provided on the website.

  2. Correct formatting of the two documents are essential.

  4. In the subject line of your email please provide us with the family name of the presenting author followed by the initial and indicating poster or oral after GWD PAPER e.g. GWD PAPER Cloete, D POSTER or GWD PAPER Smith, R Oral
